1. Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Some items, such as digital products or gift cards, may not be eligible for return.
2. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at saharagloballlc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs may be non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
