Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At The Sahara Global, we understand that sometimes orders need to be cancelled or refunded. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, before the item is shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at saharagloballlc@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only for eligible products that are returned in original condition and packaging. Digital products, gift cards, and personalized items may not be eligible for refunds unless faulty.

3. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet after 10 business days, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If the refund is still not received, contact us at saharagloballlc@gmail.com.

6. Exchanges After Cancellation

If you cancel an order but wish to exchange the product for a different item, a new order must be placed. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
